SCH Homes is a small building company allowing us to focus on our clients individually and build quality homes within short time frames.

The Team

Shane Hannah: Managing Director

Shane Hannah is the managing director and registered builder of SCH Homes. He has worked with both small and large building companies supervising residential and commercial projects providing him with vast knowledge and depth of experience. Shane oversees all of the construction projects and is readily available to meet with clients. He believes customer service is paramount and prides his business on this.

Leigh Hannah : Co-Director

Leigh Hannah is co-director of SCH Homes. Her role in the company involves business management and all accounts including client financials. Her particular areas of interest are marketing and the business direction of SCH and she plays an integral role in the companies commitment to customer service.

Craig O'Brien: Building Estimator/Scheduler

Craig O'Brien is a building estimator/scheduler for SCH Homes. Craig's extensive knowledge comes from working with reputable builders in both the Eastern States and W.A. Craig's meticulous work ethic ensures a highly organised building project ready for construction

Jason Patten: Building Estimator/Scheduler

Jason Patten is also a building estimator/scheduler for SCH Homes. Jason's experience in this field is vast and also ensures the company is competitive and builds projects on time.

Tamlin Prince : Office Administrator and Pre-Start Contact

Tamlin's strong work ethic and excellent communication skills make her a valuable resource to clients before, during and after the building process. Tamlin is a personable and highly enthusiastic team member of SCH.

Gary Colvin: Building Supervisor

Gary prides himself on excellent customer relations and has worked in the building industry for 42 years. His wealth of experience has been in both running his own team of trades and as a senior supervisor for a number of years. SCH finds his experience invaluable.
